Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 September 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://goplan.in and every holiday package, booking and travel service arranged by GoPlan, operated by GoPlan Hospitality Services Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By enquiring, booking or paying with us, you (and every traveller on your booking) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Our Role as a Travel Agent
We plan and arrange trips by booking services provided by independent third parties such as airlines, hotels, villas, cruise and transport operators, activity providers and local ground partners ("Suppliers"). We act as an intermediary between you and these Suppliers. Each Supplier's own terms, conditions and policies apply to the service they provide, and we will share these with you on request.
3. Enquiries, Quotes and Itineraries
- Itineraries, prices and inclusions shared on the website, WhatsApp, email or call are indicative until you confirm the booking and pay the required amount.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to availability and to change until booking is confirmed, including due to currency movements, fuel surcharges, taxes and Supplier rate changes.
- Prices marked "from" or "starting at" are per person on twin sharing for the lowest season and category, and vary with travel dates, hotel category and group size.
- Photos, descriptions and package details on our website are illustrative. Actual properties, vehicles and experiences may vary within a comparable standard.
4. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send you a written confirmation (a booking ID by email or WhatsApp).
- The balance must be paid by the due date mentioned in your confirmation. If it is not received on time, we may cancel the booking and cancellation charges will apply.
- Payments are accepted through the methods we communicate at the time of booking. Please pay only to bank accounts, UPI IDs or payment links shared by us from official GoPlan contact details, and verify with us if in doubt.
- Applicable taxes, including GST and tax collected at source (TCS) as per Indian law, will be added to your invoice where required.
- The person making the booking is responsible for payment for all travellers on that booking and for sharing accurate traveller information.
5. What Is Included and Excluded
Your confirmed itinerary or quote lists exactly what is included. Unless it is expressly listed, the following are not included: international and domestic airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, meals not mentioned, tips and gratuities, optional activities, porterage, laundry, and any extra charges levied by Suppliers or authorities at the destination.
6. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for the period required by the destination country (commonly at least six months from the date of arrival) and with enough blank pages.
- We provide visa guidance and can help with applications, but visa approval rests solely with the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, and visa fees and service charges are non-refundable, including when a visa is refused.
- Please verify entry, health, vaccination, customs and immigration requirements for each destination, as these can change without notice. You are responsible for carrying all required documents.
- If you are denied boarding or entry because of incomplete or invalid documents, or for any reason attributable to you, we are not liable and no refund is due for unused services.
7. Traveller Responsibilities and Conduct
- Provide accurate names as per passport, dates of birth and contact details. Corrections after tickets or vouchers are issued may attract Supplier charges.
- Reach airports, pick-up points and activities on time. Delays, missed connections or missed activities caused by you are not our responsibility, and no refund is due for unused services.
- Follow local laws, customs, safety instructions and Supplier rules. We and our Suppliers may refuse or end service to anyone whose behaviour endangers or disturbs others, without refund.
- Inform us in advance of any medical condition, mobility need, dietary requirement or special request. We will try to accommodate these but cannot guarantee them.
- Water and adventure activities such as diving, snorkelling, trekking, speedboat rides and cruises carry inherent risk. You take part at your own risk, should follow guide instructions, and should confirm you are fit for the activity.
8. Changes and Cancellations by You
Amendments depend on Supplier availability and may attract charges plus any fare or rate difference. Cancellations are handled as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy at /cancellation-policy.
9. Changes and Cancellations by Us or Our Suppliers
Trips depend on weather, flight schedules, local conditions and Supplier availability. We may need to modify an itinerary, replace a hotel, vehicle or activity with a comparable alternative, or reorder the sequence of sightseeing. Where a material component cannot be delivered, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the unused, unavailable portion, after deducting any non-recoverable Supplier charges already incurred.
10. Our Responsibility and Limits of Liability
- We take reasonable care in selecting Suppliers and arranging your trip. However, Suppliers are independent, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses or deficiencies in service.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, theft or delay of baggage or valuables, or for illness, injury, death or additional costs arising from events outside our reasonable control.
- Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, volcanic activity, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government orders, border or airport closures, airline or transport disruptions, and technical or utility failures. In such cases we will help re-arrange or refund the affected services as far as our Suppliers permit, after deducting non-recoverable costs. Any additional costs such as extended stays, re-routing or medical care are borne by the traveller.
12. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and interruption, baggage loss and personal liability. Insurance is not included unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any costs that insurance would otherwise have covered.
13. Complaints and Feedback
If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell our team or the Supplier immediately so it can be fixed on the spot. For unresolved concerns, write to us within 15 days of returning from your trip with your booking ID and details, and we will review and respond in good faith. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
14. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, photographs, itineraries and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information. We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Photographs and Media
We may occasionally use photos or videos shared by travellers on our website and social channels. We will do so only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under law, the courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your booking. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute amicably.
